Find it fast
What you see on the live site, and where to change it in the dashboard.
Every page is broken into labeled sections that run top to bottom in the same order as the live page. The Services page is shown here. Other pages work the same way.
Pages › All Pages
Click Pages in the left menu to see every page on the site.
Click the page name, for example Services.
Find the section you want under Page Sections. Each one is labeled:
Inner Page Hero
The banner at the top: Title, Body Text, Description and banner Images
Service Info
Caps Title (the lead-in line), Description (the paragraph) and Image
Service Offerings
One row per service: Title, Description, Outcome and Image
Edit the text directly in the boxes.
Scroll back up and click Update. Then refresh the live page to check it.

Service Info section.Service Offerings, one row per service.
Add, remove or replace the photos in a page banner. The same steps work anywhere you see an image box, including team headshots and project galleries.
Pages › the page › Images
Open the page and scroll to Images inside the section. These are the banner photos.
To remove a photo, hover over it and click the X.
To add a photo, click Add to gallery. The Media Library opens.
Pick an image that is already on the site (use Search media to find it), or click the Upload files tab, then Select Files to choose one from your computer.
Click Select, then click Update on the page.
Rotating banners: when a banner has two or more images, it rotates through them automatically. With one image, it stays still. Nothing else to set.
Banner photos for the Services hero. Hover a photo to remove it.
Add to gallery opens the Media Library. Choose an existing image or switch to Upload files.
Use web-sized images. Full-resolution camera files (often 10 to 20 MB) slow the site down. The uploader will accept files up to 50 MB, so it will not stop you. Resize first. A good target is about 2000 pixels wide and under 1 MB.
Match the shape of the photo you are replacing. Banners are wide, horizontal images. A vertical photo will not work in a banner spot.
Project editing is organized into four tabs. Work through them left to right.
Portfolio › All Projects
Click Portfolio in the left menu and click the project name.
Project Info tab:
Banner Images
Photos across the top of the project page. If left empty, the Featured Image is used.

Use drafts to work on something without it going live, or to have a colleague review it first.
Save Draft
Saves your work without putting it on the live site. Anyone logged in can open and review it.
Preview
Opens a preview of the draft so you can see how it will look
Publish
Puts a new team member, page or project on the live site
Update
Saves changes to something already live. They go live immediately.
Draft label
The word Draft next to a title in any list means it is not live yet
Good to know: on anything already live, Update publishes your changes right away. To prepare a bigger rewrite for review first, duplicate it, edit the copy as a draft, and publish when it is approved.
Save Draft and Preview sit above Publish.Draft appears next to unpublished items.
